All South Park Hidden Aliens
There's been many alien sightings since the first episode of South park aired on August 13th, 1997.
The first episode of South Park was about the portly character Eric Cartman getting abducted by "visitors" who planted a radio dish in him and anally probed him. He thought it was all a dream, but it was not.
Since that first episode, South Park has blown up, and the aliens visiting them haven't gone away. In fact, they are hidden in many episodes as Easter eggs. No surprise, the animators have decided to draw the images of the aliens as the popular grey aliens. You can learn about them here.
I'm going to try and list all of the South Park hidden alien Easter eggs with pictures and video when possible in order of air date.
Alien is hiding behind Jimbo's Guns.
Who is Cartman's father? Is it Officer Barbrady, Chef, Jimbo, Mr. Garrison, Ned, Chief Running Water, Gerald Broflovski, myself, my friend Kevin, or, the 1989 Denver Broncos.

An alien visitor runs out of a theater and Kenny dies.

Kenny dies by spontaneous combustion. Apparently the aliens wanted to watch from their base on the moon like this one.

People sue, the school loses, and the lawyers win. Visitor was seen in the lunchroom.
Cartman gets a phonics monkey. Alien is spotted on the classroom bulletin board. And the home-schooled kid is in a hamster ball. Hilarious!

While getting back at Butters parents for tricking him into thinking he came back from the future to tell him not to do drugs and pooping up the place, there is an alien on the wall next to a stain.

It turns out that Earth was actually just an intergalactic TV show. When we learned of this the aliens running the show decided to cancel it and destroy the Earth. There are obviously many aliens in this episode of all different types.
