Blue UFO Video over Netherlands

On April 11th 2014 Dick Smits was taking a video of a boat in a canal in his town of Maassluis, Netherlands which is just south of Holland. While filming, he noticed a strange blue object flying in the sky above him and turned his camera on it. (Footage below).

The object was saucer shaped and supposedly didn't have any lights on it, but it was the middle of the afternoon so they may not have been visible. The object also made no sound while hovering above.

Smits said that he is unsure of what the object was and as of now, the craft is unidentified.
