Possible Habitable Planets

95% Confirmed Habitable Exoplanets
Out of the thousands of possible habitable planets in the universe these 6 are 95% confirmed as being in the goldilocks zone, or more accurately the circumstellar habitable zone or (CHZ), the sweet spot where the planet is not too close and not too far away from its sun so the temperature is "just right" or another words not so cold that nothing could ever grow and evolve and not so hot where the rock and metals themselves melt and the water evaporates.
Planets here will be listed in order of light years away from Earth. We will continue to add more planets as they are confirmed so bookmark us and come back often.

Key Definitions
HZA Habitable Zone Atmosphere is the measurement of how well a planet can hold an atmosphere that could support life. The measurement is between the numbers -1 and +1. -1 being a very thin atmosphere and +1 being a dense atmosphere probably composed mostly of hydrogen and helium.
LY A light year is a measurement of distance that equals about 6 trillion miles or a bit under 10 kilometers. More specifically it's how far light can travel in a vacuum in one year.
ESI Earth Similarity Index is a scale to measure how similar an exoplanet is to Earth. The scale ranges from zero to one with one being the closest to being Earth-like and zero being the least.
KOI Stands for Kepler Object of Interest. Kepler is a NASA program which primary goal is to seek out and confirm habitable exoplanets throughout the universe.
Exoplanet A planet that is outside of our solar system.
