The story goes:
His wife and him were on their way back to their house as live at the top of a small mountain range winding up a one and half width car track through a forest, to their village.
This would have been late at night, not sure but near or past midnight. As they were making their way up there they noticed possibly just under half a mile away
2 large glowing orbs of light next to each other hovering over a large wooded area across the valley. Apparently they were very large possibly 100 or more mtrs across each. They stopped the car, and they got out to look at them wondering what they were. They said they were quite afraid as they looked and wondered. I know this guy quite well, and he has had a small aircraft pilots licence in the past so he has some idea of what's logical and not! He said they made no sound at all, hardly moving these orbs just seemed to hover for several minutes. After some time, both just shot off at incredible speed over the hill.
His wife said she was afraid as she felt they may have seen them and would follow them home. It/they did not, but she said it was quite a scary little thing to have happened. They both said, what the hell it was they have no idea, but it was nothing that fitted into anything they had seen before! But it/they shot off at the speed of a shooting star.
I say, ODD, very ODD!
