SUBJECT: Report of UFO at Time of Soviet Satelite Failure
1. At 4:30 on 8 February 1978, Blank, who workd for the Blank Blank Blank, reported information that might relate to the Soviet satellite that fell in Canada on Tuesday, 24 January. He said that while going to work a week ago Friday, 27 Jan, he was on the bridge in Blank going over towards Blank and he observed an odd object coming down in the sky. No description was obtained.
2. We said we would pass his information to the Air Force, and if they wanted to contact him for more information we would give the Air Force his name and telephone number.

Using the freedom of information act in the U.S. we were able to obtain many documents from different branches of the Government and the military. Some of these declassifed files show interesting facts and research about aliens, flying saucers, and UFOs.
